#2 - Review

Our HR team and the specialist department in which you have applied will review your application documents together.

#3 - Interview

If your documents have sparked our interest, we will invite you to an on-site interview so that we can get to know you in person. The interview will be conducted jointly by the line manager and a member of our HR team. [LK1] Depending on the department, we are happy to offer you a trial working day. This allows you to get to know your future team, the workplace and your tasks in advance - and find out whether you feel comfortable with us.

#4 - Decision

If we are a good match, you will receive a contract offer from us. Now all you have to do is sign it.

#5 - Welcome
